Responsible Gaming — What It Is and Why It Matters
Online gaming and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — as long as it is done within the right limits. Responsible gaming means playing only for entertainment, while keeping your budget, time and emotions in check.
ack365 believes that the safety and wellbeing of every player is of the highest importance. That is why we provide tools and resources to help you maintain healthy gaming habits. Remember — gambling is never a reliable source of income; it is entirely for entertainment.
If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life, family or financial situation, seek help immediately. Our 24/7 live chat support is always by your side.
Healthy Gaming Habits Checklist
- I only play with money I can afford to lose.
- I do not treat gaming as a source of income.
- I set time limits and stick to them.
- I do not chase losses by placing more bets after losing.
- I give time to gaming only after family, work and social responsibilities.
- I take breaks when needed and do not hesitate to reach out for help.
Safe Gaming Tools
ack365 provides several effective tools to help you stay in control of your gaming. Using these features, you can manage your own gaming habits.
Set a Deposit Limit
You can set the maximum amount you deposit daily, weekly or monthly. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be changed before the set period ends. This protects you from going over your budget.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play each day. When the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you. Spending too long in front of a screen is harmful to mental health — keep your time balanced.
Take a Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a few days off, take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period your account will be temporarily suspended. A break helps you stay clear-headed and make the right decisions.
Self-Exclusion
If gaming goes beyond your control, request a long-term self-exclusion. Options range from 6 months up to a permanent ban. While self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to log in at all.
Reality Check Reminder
Pop-up messages at set intervals will remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. This small reminder keeps you aware of the real situation and encourages you to take a break when needed.
